3 grudnia na kampusie na Ochocie oraz 10 grudnia na kampusie przy Krakowskim Przedmieściu odbyły się spotkania otwarte dla społeczności UW dotyczące zmian w sprawach kadrowych. Dostępny jest zapis video obydwu spotkań, a także pokazywana w ich trakcie prezentacja prof. Andrzeja Tarleckiego, prorektora ds. kadrowych i polityki finansowej. Prezentacja dotyczy m.in. konkursów na stanowiska nauczycieli akademickich, procedury awansu wewnętrznego oraz oceny okresowej.
