The University of Warsaw has been declared the best university in Poland!

• The Faculty of Law and Administration has come out on top in the ranking of law faculties conducted by Gazeta Prawna, the daily newspaper specializing in legal and economic news. The organizers of the ranking compared the standards of education offered and the preparedness of students to work in the legal profession.

• The University of Warsaw is the undisputed leader in the ranking of institutions of higher education prepared by Polityka, one of Poland's leading news-weeklies. Polityka's ranking compared seven of the most popular major-fields. The University of Warsaw was ranked Number 1 in five of them: political science, pedagogics, psychology, sociology, and computer science.

• The University of Warsaw continues to take first place in various comparisons of colleges and universities in Poland. After the success in winning first place in the Higher Education Institutions Ranking carried out by the education monthly Perspektywy and the national daily Rzeczpospolita, our University won similar recognition in the comparison conducted by Wprost, the national-circulation news-weekly. This was followed up with another very important study done by Rzeczpospolita, this time regarding students' preparation for careers in business and management. That study proved that the University of Warsaw is Poland's finest institution in grooming management personnel.
